  1. NAFORRÉR Product

The website https://shop.naforrer.com.bn is directed at all users who want to purchase products NAFORRÉR from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All information regarding the characteristics of the products can be found at https://shop.naforrer.com.bn.


NAFORRÉR reserves the right to modify at any time the information, the range of products, prices, promotions and the Terms and Conditions existing on the https://shop.naforrer.com.bn.


  1. Registration

To place an order, the User can register by filling the mandatory fields of the registration form on the website https://shop.naforrer.com.bn. After completing the registration, the User has access to their personal account where they can manage the account settings, favorite items and previous orders.

From the moment the User access their personal account, the User is subjected to these Terms and Conditions.

NAFORRÉR ensures complete confidentiality of all data provided. Our store has a single view and facilitates the customer experience, which have fast access to all products, place orders and receive communications on coupon, promotions or any other relevant content for Users. At any time you can access your account and change your personal data.


  1. Payment Method

NAFORRÉR website offers payment via Debit or Credit Cards (BND $).


Debit and Credit Cards

This is the simplest way to pay. Just fill in your credit card details and the order will be completed. It’s the fastest way to make a payment in NAFORRÉR. The payment is processed over a SSL connection and is 100% secure. All payments within this option are made in the Brunei Dollar currency (BND $). The value that is displayed in the total is accurately the value charged.


  1. Return

The return policy only last within 20 days after your purchase. Returns outside of this period are not accepted.


To be eligible, the purchase item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must be in the original packaging with all NAFORRÉR garment tags/labels still attached. Damaged and altered goods will be rejected and returned back to the customer.


To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase send via email.


  1. Refund (if applicable)

Once we received and inspect your purchase item(s), we will send you an email to notify that we have received the return purchase item(s). We will also notify whether we approve or reject your refund.

If you have been approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


  1. Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at na.forrer@gmail.com.


  1. Shipping and Delivery

All International orders will be shipped via EMS, DHL and UPS. We will arrange production only after payment is cleared. For a whole collection, please allow 30 business days to process your order (including production and shipping). For custom made pieces, please allow 14-20 business days to process your order.

Kindly note that Users are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerages fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country.


To return your purchase product, you should mail your purchase product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
