How to Order


You need to follow the following steps to place order in any product in the website:

Once you finished an order, you will receive an “Order Receipt” through email from us on the purchased item. The information may include:

  • Order Details
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address

By submitting the order form, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy described in the website.

NAFORRÉR reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:

  • The product is not available
  • The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on the website
  • The payment cannot be confirmed
  • The billing information is not correct or verifiable
  • There is an error in the price quotation
  • It is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the User


Q: There’s a pop up text “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination”. What does it means?

A: It means the product you choose are out of stock.

Q: How do I know if the clothes are available in stock?

A: After you click the desired Age/ Size and Quantity, it shows either it’s ‘in stock’ or ‘‘out of stock’ in red text color in the same page.
